1. Klasse (Zweites Halbjahr)

Modul 1: Bewegung & Entspannung

Ziele: Förderung der Körperwahrnehmung und der täglichen Bewegung, Einübung von Entspannungstechniken

2. Klasse

  • Modul 2: Gesundes Essen

    • Ich bin mein Wohlfühlkoch
    • Obst- und Gemüsekalender

      Ziele: Zusammenhang zwischen Wohlfühlen und gesunder Ernährung erkennen, Lebensmittel mit Spaß zubereiten, Ess- und Trinkverhalten reflektieren.
