Das Material basiert inhaltlich auf den spezifischen didaktischen Prinzipien einer Bildung für nachhaltige Entwicklung (BNE, Siehe Grundlagen), dazu gehören

  • die „Visionsorientierung“

    Die Grundlage des Lerninhaltes ist der Entwurf einer positiven Vision von einer Zukunft auf einem lebensfähigen Planeten aus der Perspektive der Schülerinnen und Schüler

  • das „vernetzende Lernen“

    Darauf aufbauend wird Wissen in den drei Bereichen Ökologie, Ökonomie und Soziales erworben und miteinander vernetzt.

  • die „Partizipationsorientierung“

    Die Schülerinnen und Schüler werden befähigt, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und zu partizipieren, indem sie reflektiert Entscheidungen im Sinne der Nachhaltigkeit für sich, aber auch für die Gemeinschaft treffen.
